Gills Road Subdivision – RainSmart® Stormwater System

This large RainSmart quad tank system was required to attenuate the Stormwater from a new subdivision in Albany.

The site was very challenging with steep slopes, retaining walls and sensitive soils. Consequently the tank was wrapped in a 1.5mm HDPE liner which was welded on site, to prevent the surrounding soils becoming saturated.

The space efficiency of the RainSmart system being 95% void space, along with the assistance of the Cirtex team both in the design and consenting phase, and also site support to the contractor during construction, made RainSmart from Cirtex an ideal choice for this site.
