PF Olsen was conducting a harvesting operation and encountered some very soft and saturated ground conditions. As harvesting is very time-sensitive and any standing time is loss of production a quick solution to overcome this problem was much needed.
This project was to improve and widen the amenity tracks that gives access around Mount Victoria, making it available for all weather use and keeping foot traffic to the designated footpaths.
The Seven Oaks subdivision is a stunning land development project which is converting farm land overlooking Lake Taupo into high-end properties.
The project started early during the year when a considerable slip adjacent to the road and very close to a house occurred at the property.
A heavy weight geotextile was required to protect the seawall and backfill from erosion caused by the tidal waves. DuraForce 1200c and TerraTex 900H were selected for this project.
Auckland Transport was looking for a long-term design solution that needed to extend the service life of the pavement while lengthening maintenance intervals. HaTelit C was chosen to perform the task.

The Riverside Grove, Tuakau, is a master planned residential development offering new sections ranging from 500m2 to 2000m2. The RainSmart System was chosen as the preferred method of stormwater detention.
The Waiomu Valley Road is the route that connects Waiomu with the Waiomu Kauri Grove, this road is the only access to an old farm track that creates an entry way for an upcoming subdivision. A retaining wall was required after it failed and collapsed.
