WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER
- Hamilton, Waikato
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to lead our small Hamilton Warehouse team.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining warehouse operations, customer service, trade sales support, and team coordination. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the warehouse while ensuring high standards across safety, customer service, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting a small warehouse team
- Coordinating daily warehouse operations and workflow
- Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders using RF Smart Pick / WMS systems
- Managing stock control, inventory accuracy, stocktakes, SKU counts, bin organisation, and inventory transfers
- Assisting customers at the trade counter and providing exceptional customer service
- Processing collections and occasional ad hoc deliveries
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and system/process efficiencies
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Supporting H&S initiatives, audits, and incident investigations
- Ensuring company procedures and operational standards are consistently followed
Plastics production operator
- Thames- Coromandel, Waikato
We’re on the lookout for reliable, practical, and hands-on people to join our team as Production Operators – Injection Moulding. This is a key role within our plastics manufacturing line, where you’ll operate machinery, perform quality checks, and help ensure everything runs smoothly and safely.
We currently have a mix of both permanent and fixed-term opportunities available, with work operating across a range of roster patterns including days, nights, and weekends. Shifts are typically 12 hours in length.
You don’t need formal training, just a practical mindset, an interest in how things work, and a willingness to get stuck in. If you’ve worked in manufacturing, or you’re the type who enjoys fixing things and working with your hands, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating injection moulding machines
- Assisting with machine setup and configuration
- Producing parts to exact specifications
- Trimming and finishing products using hand tools
- Conducting quality checks and troubleshooting minor issues
- Packing and labelling stock for dispatch
- Cleaning machines and maintaining a tidy work area
- Supporting health & safety procedures and improvements
- Locking up at the end of your shift
APPLICATIONS ENGINEER
- Waikato, Auckland, Christchurch
Cirtex now have an opportunity for an Engineering designer to join their team, this position will work closely with the sales team to provide technical support, project concepts and CAD for geosynthetic and civil infrastructure designs including but not limited to, reinforced earth structures, storm water systems, pavement designs, slope stability applications etc.
Key to your success in this role will be your ability to make sure collaborative and productive relationships are maintained with the Sales Team to maximise the ability to respond to inquiries, promptly, professionally and effectively at all times.
