Customer Experience Representative

At Cirtex, the Customer Experience team is recognised as critical to the success of our company and as such we are looking for a special person that will consistently deliver exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers in line with the core values, vision and strategic objectives of the business.

This role is responsible for responding to inquiries and for providing prompt, professional, accurate and courteous assistance to our customers in both phone-based and email interactions. We are the first point of contact for all enquires for our brands. 

We are a national team, where you will have a close team in your office and the rest of the team based in other locations. There is daily connection with your teammates and we are a strong and well-connected team that work well together. Could you be our next team player?

The successful applicant will:

  • Receive inbound calls and emails
  • Provide prompt, professional, accurate and courteous assistance to customers
  • Respond to inquiries, assisting & directing calls and emails in the most appropriate manner
  • Organise freight tracking and facilitate delivery of consignments
  • Submit/process sales orders
  • Set up new customers in Netsuite
  • Have oversight of stock management, including the processing of returns
  • Create invoices, process cash sales & EFTPOS transactions
  • Monitor and engage with our customers via online chat
  • Demonstrate best practice methodology with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Maintain a customer first culture and approach

Infrastructure Sales Position (office based)

This role sits within a national team and will provide you with ample opportunity to foster relationships and experience a dynamic work environment whilst enriching your professional journey.

You will enjoy the best of both worlds with having a sales role based in our Tauranga office, without the need for extensive travel to meet with customers. Instead you will have the occasional walk-in, and will speak with customers by phone, via email, and on Live Chat.

This role will include the performance of tasks such as:

  • Achieving sales through converting inbound leads
  • Proposal and quote preparation
  • Responding to inbound phone calls and assisting customers with technical requirements
  • Determining the quantities of materials, resources, or components required for a construction project based on information provided in project plans.
  • Proactively working with other Cirtex teams to consistently achieve sales goals and targets and develop, strengthen and maintain customer loyalty and feedback scores
  • Sending information / quotations to customers as required

Trade Customer Service Representative

The Customer Experience team is recognised as critical to the success of our company and as such we are looking for a person that will consistently deliver exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers in line with the core values, vision and strategic objectives of the business.
This role will be responsible for: 

  • Providing prompt, efficient and knowledgeable processing and fulfilment of customer orders and attending to general requests, and 
  • The consistent delivery of exceptional customer service in line with the Core Values, Vision and Strategic Objectives of the business.

APPLICATIONS ENGINEER

Cirtex now have an opportunity for an Engineering designer to join their team, this position will work closely with the sales team to provide technical support, project concepts and CAD for geosynthetic and civil infrastructure designs including but not limited to, reinforced earth structures, storm water systems, pavement designs, slope stability applications etc.

Key to your success in this role will be your ability to make sure collaborative and productive relationships are maintained with the Sales Team to maximise the ability to respond to inquiries, promptly, professionally and effectively at all times.
