Team Leader - Customer Services

This role is responsible for motivating, coaching, inspiring, training and directing the customer service team on the best ways and approach to take to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a person who naturally aligns to our company ethos. Prior experience in Customer Service, a Call/Contact Centre and in a Leadership role is also desired.

Production Supervisor

This is a hands-on manufacturing role that holds responsibility for motivating, coaching, inspiring, training and directing the production team on the best ways and approach to take to consistently manufacture exceptional concrete products while constantly looking for and assisting with implementation of process improvement.

This role is responsible for supporting the work of the Group Marketing Team Leader, delivering outstanding marketing projects and campaigns across a range of marketing leading and world class brands through performing a broad range of content writing tasks.

We are looking for a person who naturally aligns to our company ethos. A tertiary qualification in design, videography or writing would be an advantage. Prior experience with social media platforms, and with photography, videography and related equipment is desired, as is prior experience in a similar role, using Adobe.

An understanding of Cirtex products along with the market in which Cirtex specialises in would be an advantage. 

Marketing Assistant

This role holds the primary responsibility for supporting the work of the Group Marketing Team Leader on marketing projects and campaigns across a range of brands through performing a broad range of administration and coordination tasks.

We are looking for a person who naturally aligns to our company ethos. A tertiary qualification in marketing, communication or design would be an advantage. Prior experience with social media platforms, analytics and scheduling is desired, as is prior experience in a marketing, communication or design role.

APPLICATIONS ENGINEER

Cirtex now have an opportunity for an Engineering designer to join their team, this position will work closely with the sales team to provide technical support, project concepts and CAD for geosynthetic and civil infrastructure designs including but not limited to, reinforced earth structures, storm water systems, pavement designs, slope stability applications etc.

Key to your success in this role will be your ability to make sure collaborative and productive relationships are maintained with the Sales Team to maximise the ability to respond to inquiries, promptly, professionally and effectively at all times.

On a day-to-day basis you will be preparing engineered design concepts for clients; preparing design submissions for the Sales Team to present to engineers and contractors as well as responding to customer enquiries.

Storepersons

We currently have vacancies in our Wiri Distribution Centre for Storepersons reporting to the Dispatch Team Leader.

The Storeperson role is responsible for the receipt and processing of incoming materials and stock, processing hire gear returns, managing customer collections, the transfer of products to other Cirtex branches, and performing general warehousing duties, whilst maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse and actively engaging in system/process improvement initiatives.

Prior experience in a Storeperson role or manufacturing environment is desired as is a current forklift licence.
