Logistics Assistant
- Thames or Wiri
We are currently looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our freight processes. This will involve:
- Tracking and monitoring freight shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues with carriers and suppliers
- Providing clear and effective communication to both internal and external stakeholders regarding freight status and updates
- Accurately loading sales orders into the system and verifying freight invoices
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to freight deliveries
To be considered for this role, you will preferably have some logistics / supply chain experience or knowledge, however we will offer full training and support to the successful candidate.
While we would prefer that the successful candidate be based in Thames, Waikato, we are also open to the right candidate working in Wiri, Auckland (however this will require regular travel to our Thames location, so it is essential that you hold a current drivers licence).
Trade Customer Service Representative
- Hamilton
We are currently looking for a Trade Customer Service Representative to join our Hamilton Warehouse. This is a full time position working 47.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
You will be responsible for:
- Acting as 2IC to the Warehouse Team Leader, assuming leadership and managing operations independently in the absence of the Team Leader
- Warehousing (Warehouse Management System)
- Picking and packing orders using RF Smart Pick / Stock Control System
- Collections
- Stocktaking and inventory management including stocktakes, SKU counts, Bin Organisation and Inventory transfers
- Sales and directly engage with customers at the Trade Counter providing world-class level customer service
- System / process improvement
- Adhoc deliveries
- Maintaining an organised warehouse
- Playing a proactive role in H&S management and assisting in incident investigations
- Participating in audits
APPLICATIONS ENGINEER
- Waikato, Auckland, Christchurch
Cirtex now have an opportunity for an Engineering designer to join their team, this position will work closely with the sales team to provide technical support, project concepts and CAD for geosynthetic and civil infrastructure designs including but not limited to, reinforced earth structures, storm water systems, pavement designs, slope stability applications etc.
Key to your success in this role will be your ability to make sure collaborative and productive relationships are maintained with the Sales Team to maximise the ability to respond to inquiries, promptly, professionally and effectively at all times.
