Customer Experience Team Member - Trade Sales
- Wiri, Auckland
We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Team Member to join our team at our Wiri warehouse.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role combining trade desk support with phone-based service. You’ll assist customers with enquiries, orders, and transactions while working closely with our warehouse and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the trade desk and via phone/email
- Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately
- Support stock control activities, including returns
- Maintain accurate records within the NetSuite ERP system
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Production Team Member
- Rolleston, Canterbury
We’re seeking a motivated and tech savvy Leading Hand to join our small team of 4 at our Rolleston MagnumStone production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily production activities to ensure products are prepared and poured in line with the production schedule
- Utilise RF scanners, bin counts, and track stock counts on NetSuite
- Manage concrete deliveries to support production timelines
- Monitor product quality and minimise production defects
- Forklift operation / dispatch
- Complete and submit daily production documentation
- Lead daily toolbox meetings with the production team
Previous leadership or concrete experience will be an advantage.
APPLICATIONS ENGINEER
- Waikato, Auckland, Christchurch
Cirtex now have an opportunity for an Engineering designer to join their team, this position will work closely with the sales team to provide technical support, project concepts and CAD for geosynthetic and civil infrastructure designs including but not limited to, reinforced earth structures, storm water systems, pavement designs, slope stability applications etc.
Key to your success in this role will be your ability to make sure collaborative and productive relationships are maintained with the Sales Team to maximise the ability to respond to inquiries, promptly, professionally and effectively at all times.
