SurePave™
The SurePaveâ„¢ interlocking grid structure is designed to secure and reinforce decorative stones and gravel, giving these areas the ability to withstand use from everything to foot traffic to heavy vehicles.
The SurePave units are locked together underneath the aggregate surface, evenly distributing any weight placed on top. This minimises compaction and eliminates potholes and ponding.
Permeable paving panels are the ideal solution for reinforcing grass, gravel and decorative stone in highly stressed areas, vehicle parking, driveways, golf courses, parks or hard stand areas for boats, trailers or caravans.
The result is an aesthetically pleasing, durable and functional landscape for years to come.
SurePave’s unique cell structure is designed to evenly distribute the weight placed on top, minimising compaction while also eliminating ponding due to its free draining, permeable surface.
With the ability to work with grass and gravel SurePave allows a seamless transition between different surfaces. Check out how successful this driveway and hard stand area work with SurePave in both a grass and gravel applications.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do SurePave panels interlock?
SurePave panels connect to each other with a positive interlocking system.
Is it important to have a bedding layer of fine aggregate under the SurePave?
Yes it is important to follow the instructions carefully, including the bedding layer which is a critical part of the installation.
What base course preparation is required?
Please refer to our installation guides.
What is the steepest gradient that SurePave can be installed?
The maximum grade we recommend SurePave can be installed on is 20% (or 11 degrees) providing it is installed as per our standard installation guide.
Do you recommend using a geotextile underneath SurePave panels?
Using a geotextile with the SurePave product has many benefits however it’s important that a geotextile layer is NOT placed directly under the SurePave or this will cause the panels to lift as small stones get between the SurePave and the geotextile.
The DuraForce® AS240 or DuraForce AS280 geotextile can be placed under the aggregate layer that the SurePave is sitting on to provide separation and help the aggregate layer maintain its strength.
How are the panels installed?
SurePave panels are laid onto a consistent base layer working from left to right with the connecting lugs on the panels leading. Avoid standing directly on the prepared surface – stand on the SurePave panels and ensure they interlock together correctly.
Please refer to our installation guides.
