Customer Experience Team Member
- Islington, Canterbury
We are looking for an approachable and self-motivated Customer Experience Team Member to join the Cirtex team located in Christchurch. We’re looking for a candidate with contact centre or customer service experience who has excellent phone-based customer service and communication skills. No prior industry knowledge is needed as on-the-job training is provided.
Duties for this role include:
- Receive inbound calls – including sales calls
- Provide prompt, professional, accurate and courteous assistance to customers
- Respond to inquiries, assisting & directing calls in the most appropriate manner
- Submit/process sales orders
- Customer management
- Stock management oversight, including the processing of returns
- Create invoices, process cash sales & EFTPOS transactions
- Handle multiple customer communication channels including email and phone calls
Production Team Members
- Thames, Waikato
Due to business growth and expansion, we have multiple Full Time Permanent, Production / Manufacturing Team Member opportunities available at our sites in Kopu, Thames. While prior experience in a manufacturing environment and / or forklift experience would be advantageous, it is not required. We are offering full training for the right candidate. APPLICATIONS ENGINEER
- Waikato, Auckland, Christchurch
Cirtex now have an opportunity for an Engineering designer to join their team, this position will work closely with the sales team to provide technical support, project concepts and CAD for geosynthetic and civil infrastructure designs including but not limited to, reinforced earth structures, storm water systems, pavement designs, slope stability applications etc.
Key to your success in this role will be your ability to make sure collaborative and productive relationships are maintained with the Sales Team to maximise the ability to respond to inquiries, promptly, professionally and effectively at all times.
