Office Based Sales Position

This fast-paced office-based sales role sits within a wider team of customer centric people that support the Cirtex group. 

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement Excellence: Be the frontline ambassador of our company, providing prompt, professional, and courteous assistance to customers through inbound calls. Your dedication to excellence will strengthen and maintain customer loyalty while ensuring high feedback scores.
  • Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs, showcasing our solutions and value propositions effectively. Your ability to communicate technical information clearly and persuasively will be instrumental in securing new business opportunities.
  • Timely Action Management: Ensure all ad hoc requests and activities related to projects are addressed promptly and effectively within agreed timeframes, demonstrating your commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Logistics Assistant

As a Logistics Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our freight processes. Your duties will include:

  • Tracking and monitoring freight shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues with carriers and suppliers
  • Providing clear and effective communication to both internal and external stakeholders regarding freight status and updates
  • Accurately loading sales orders into the system and verifying freight invoices
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to freight deliver

Sales Assistant (Office Based) to Direct Sales Team

Due to business growth and expansion, we are now seeking an additional Sales Assistant to join our direct sales team at our Head Office in Thames. In this role you would play a pivotal part in maximising the efficiency of that department. This position is responsible for delivering a variety of sales administration and coordination activities to the team, including responding to customer inquiries, qualifying leads, providing administrative support, and ensuring seamless workflow routing.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Providing prompt and professional assistance to customers via inbound calls, strengthening customer loyalty and feedback scores.
  • Qualifying inbound leads through courteous phone conversations, collaborating with internal teams to relay project information.
  • Offering administrative support to the Team, including CRM management and maintaining accuracy of client database.
  • Coordinating sales leads and workflow, scheduling follow-up reminders to ensure timely customer responses.
  • Assisting with miscellaneous company reporting and other key projects as required.

We are looking for a person to join our team that naturally aligns to our company ethos. Prior administration experience is essential.

Prior experience as an office-based Sales Assistant or a Personal Assistant would be an advantage.

APPLICATIONS ENGINEER

Cirtex now have an opportunity for an Engineering designer to join their team, this position will work closely with the sales team to provide technical support, project concepts and CAD for geosynthetic and civil infrastructure designs including but not limited to, reinforced earth structures, storm water systems, pavement designs, slope stability applications etc.

Key to your success in this role will be your ability to make sure collaborative and productive relationships are maintained with the Sales Team to maximise the ability to respond to inquiries, promptly, professionally and effectively at all times.
