Sales Team Support
- Thames - Coromandel, Waikato
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised person to join our Sales Team Support team in Thames, based in our brand-new purpose-built office.
Working closely with members of our Auckland Field Sales Team, you’ll help keep their days organised, customers supported and follow-ups on track.
This is a busy, varied role with plenty of direct customer interaction. You’ll need to be someone who can anticipate what needs to happen next, take ownership and bring a strong can-do, must-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking and coordinating customer appointments
- Managing sales rep inboxes, follow-ups and priorities
- Liaising directly with customers via phone and email
- Maintaining customer and sales information within our CRM
- Preparing proposals and customer information
- Processing sales call notes and coordinating follow-up activity
- Providing day-to-day administrative and sales support
Solutions / Civil Engineer
- Manukau City, Auckland
We’re looking for a technically strong and commercially minded Solutions Engineer to join our Specification team.
This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with engineers, consultants and clients to develop practical infrastructure solutions across civil projects. You’ll support projects from early-stage specification and concept design through to delivery and technical support onsite. The role will primarily focus on providing stormwater solutions, while also supporting pavement design and other civil infrastructure applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop concept-level designs and technical solutions to support project specifications
- Provide technical advice across applications including retaining structures, pavements, slope stabilisation, stormwater, and erosion control
- Support live projects with practical, solution-focused technical guidance
- Engage with engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders to promote Cirtex solutions
- Work closely with internal sales, technical, and design teams to maximise project opportunities
- Assist with technical documentation, training, and case studies
- Contribute to continuous improvement and product development initiatives
Laboratory Technician
- Thames-Coromandel, Waikato
We’re looking for a practical and detail-focused Laboratory Technician to join our Geocert Laboratory team.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for carrying out laboratory testing and supporting our quality processes to ensure products consistently meet required standards and specifications.
You don’t necessarily need extensive laboratory experience. We’re looking for someone who is methodical, comfortable working with numbers, takes pride in accuracy and is keen to learn.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sampling products and preparing materials for laboratory testing
- Carrying out testing in accordance with established procedures and standards
- Operating and maintaining laboratory testing equipment
- Accurately recording, analysing and calculating test results
- Preparing test reports and supporting documentation
- Maintaining accurate laboratory records
- Ensuring testing is completed accurately and within required timeframes
- Contributing to a safe, organised and efficient laboratory environment
