Logistics Assistant

As a Logistics Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our freight processes. Your duties will include:

  • Tracking and monitoring freight shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues with carriers and suppliers
  • Providing clear and effective communication to both internal and external stakeholders regarding freight status and updates
  • Accurately loading sales orders into the system and verifying freight invoices
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to freight deliver

APPLICATIONS ENGINEER

Cirtex now have an opportunity for an Engineering designer to join their team, this position will work closely with the sales team to provide technical support, project concepts and CAD for geosynthetic and civil infrastructure designs including but not limited to, reinforced earth structures, storm water systems, pavement designs, slope stability applications etc.

Key to your success in this role will be your ability to make sure collaborative and productive relationships are maintained with the Sales Team to maximise the ability to respond to inquiries, promptly, professionally and effectively at all times.
