Credit Control & Assistant Accountant

We have a full time Credit Control & Assistant Accountant opportunity available based in either Wiri or Thames.

You’ll be responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable & Credit Control function, managing customer account set ups, credit limits and other related tasks as well as providing day-to-day administrative payroll support for the business across the Group’s entities both in Australia & New Zealand.

To be considered you will need 5+ years experience in an accounts receivable, credit control, or similar accounting role. Due to the level of complexity in the role, you will also need experience with Australian and/or New Zealand Accounting in a corporate environment.

Customer Experience Team Member - Trade Sales

We are looking for an approachable and self-motivated Customer Experience Team Member – Trade Sales to join the Cirtex Customer Experience Team. While this role is based at our Wiri Warehouse location, and you’ll be a part of the larger Operations Warehouse team, you’ll also be an integral part of a wider Customer Experience team that operates across multiple locations within the business. 

We’re looking for a candidate with customer service and contact centre experience who is confident both on the phone and in person, as the Trade Desk balances face-to-face and phone based interactions.

HR Assistant

We have a part time Human Resources Assistant opportunity available at our Thames site.

Hours are Monday to Friday, approximately 20 hours per week however more hours may be available. We’re flexible on how your hours and days are structured. An immediate start is available.

This is a key role supporting the delivery of efficient HR services to the wider group of companies, while contributing to organisational improvement through special projects and executive initiatives.

You’ll be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR function of Cirtex New Zealand and Australia, ensuring the smooth operation of employment processes and accurate, timely execution. The role also supports strategic business projects led by the Executive Leadership Team.

APPLICATIONS ENGINEER

Cirtex now have an opportunity for an Engineering designer to join their team, this position will work closely with the sales team to provide technical support, project concepts and CAD for geosynthetic and civil infrastructure designs including but not limited to, reinforced earth structures, storm water systems, pavement designs, slope stability applications etc.

Key to your success in this role will be your ability to make sure collaborative and productive relationships are maintained with the Sales Team to maximise the ability to respond to inquiries, promptly, professionally and effectively at all times.
